Kaitlin is a Marriage and Family Therapist who believes in meeting the client right where they are and building rapport are two important aspects of counseling. She has a firm belief that we are influenced directly or indirectly by our family systems and culture. Her mission is to empower each individual by teaching and guiding them along the journey of personal growth and change. She believes everyone’s situation is unique, therefore, she uses an integrative approach where we find which therapeutic modality is best for you. She has a passion for working with individuals of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Kaitlin is trained in Gottman Levels 1 & 2 for couples counseling. Additionally, she uses various therapeutic modalities, such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as Mindfulness Therapy to encourage her client's understanding of their emotions as they try to navigate the ebbs and flows of life.
